Took my 2019 ram in to have an overheating issue looked at. They called and told me it was Becuase the system wasn’t burped properly and that I could come pick it up that it has been fixed. One day later the truck was still overheating. I called and they had me bring it back in I asked if they could do a combustion test due to me having a gut feeling about the head gasket. They said they would. Called me back 2 days later said it was the water pump and they will have it fixed. I asked for them to do the oil change and alignment while it was in there. Picked up the truck the next day and within 15 minutes of driving it started to slowly over heat again. Took it to a different shop who did a combustion test in front of me and it instantly showed the head gasket is bad. I’ve paid over 1000 and they couldn’t even do a combustion test that only takes two minutes if they did they would have instantly found the problem. Over 1000 I’ve paid to them and still at square one.

I recently had a set of tires installed on my truck, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The tires are great, and the technicians, Jason and Conrad, did an outstanding job from start to finish. They even took the time to install an undercover on my truck, and it looks fantastic while providing excellent protection for the modules underneath. They also performed the differential service, thoroughly explained why it was needed, and completed the work with the utmost professionalism. It's hard to find a team that takes this much pride in their work and treats customers so well. I have complete confidence in the Ziegler crew, and they have earned my business. I will continue bringing my vehicles - and my family's vehicles - to them for all of our service needs. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Ziegler Tire in North Canton. I got 4 new tires for my BMW. They helped me choose the right tires and took care of installation, making it easy for me. The new tires are great! Thank you Joe and company!
